Salima Ladha

Salima is currently Head of Talent and People at iNovia Capital and works with their portfolio companies to build out and enhance their HR and talent strategies. She was previously Head of People Operations at Signpost, a New York based CRM and marketing automation company where she led HR strategy and operations. Prior to Signpost, Salima worked for one of its investors, OpenView Venture Partners in Boston. In that capacity, she was responsible for providing talent acquisition and advisory support for the firm’s portfolio investments comprising of mid-stage tech companies. She has also been in similar roles for other tech companies in the past including Google and Salesforce. Salima received her MSc. in International Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics and a Bachelors (BBA) in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
